Luc Poirier

Established in the early 2000s, Poirier is a company focused on real estate and other ambitious projects. The company initially built a real estate portfolio consisting of a few hundred housing units and multiple commercial properties. Today, Poirier stands as one of the largest land developers in Quebec, having obtained tens of millions of developable square feet in urban areas. These areas are expected to accommodate over 22,000 new homes and businesses valued at more than $12 billion in the coming years. Luc Poirier, the founder, is also a dedicated philanthropist who has actively supported various foundations and charities for over 15 years, contributing to causes that are important to him.
