Rental condos
Phase 1
Quartier Galia consists of a building with 34 rental condos. This initial phase offers a variety of rental condo sizes, from studios to 5 ½, with square footage ranging from 510 to 1,199 square feet.
Each rental condo comes with various amenities, including secure indoor parking, air conditioning through a heat pump, high-quality appliances, and high-speed Internet access. Additionally, 10% of the apartments are offered at affordable rates.
